JEllis Foundation is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) created in memory of my son, Jerrall Kadeem Ellis who passed away in 2021, at the tender age of 30 years-old from cardiac arrest due to accidental drug overdose. The drug epidemic is detrimental, and it does not discriminate. This foundation’s desire is to offer a lifeline to black youth to let them know that they have options, regardless of their income.

This foundation was created for several reasons:

To honor Jerrall Kadeem Ellis memory because he always gave back to our community, family members, and even strangers.

He continuously sought a higher education to expound on his knowledge in a competitive world.

Many organizations awarded him grants from the state, federal, and veteran’s affairs as a Chapter 32 recipient.

This is our way of keeping his name, his memory, and his legacy alive by paying it forward!

“All You Need is "JEllis" and a Dream.”
